Guest guest Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 While I won't be in on the official rotation I am doing the S90D workouts here and there to supplement my running. I've done them through Shoulders and Arms, all of these workouts have been great so far! They are hard but move so fast you don't have time to think about how hard they are! Mostly b/c I have so many unused and underused workouts to get through. But, I'm on board now w/ doing the rotation - figuring if I really don't like the workouts, they are "hot" now and should be easy to trade! I'll probably be modifying some things as well and I need to make sure to allow enough time for walks, Pilates and Stretching otherwise I'll be injured!My goal is to tone up/firm up overall.
