DONNA, DON'T FEEL GUILTY!  These were a bargain, they are very useful as add-on's, and you will use them eventually!   If your heart says Gilad right now, then do Gilad!

Hi!UGH~ Monday. Blech! Why does the weekend go by so fast?Anyway, for today's workout I tried Ford's Sizzling Step - not for me! I quit after the second combo - too much turning, spinning, etc. Also, to do it properly, I need more room than I have in my workout area, so I just ended up getting frustrated. I probably *could* learn it if I had the patience, and a larger space, but these days, I just like to get in and get sweaty and not fuss w/ complex choreography.

After my 2 combos I hopped on the recumbent for 25 minutes and that worked fine. I stretched on my own.I don't think I'm going to get the Ford DVD, I liked the Step by Step workout, I haven't tried the hi/lo workout, and I don't have the patience to learn Sizzling Step. I know that $9.95 is a good deal, even if I just like one of the workouts, but it is isn't a 'great' deal any more for me. So, I think I will pass. I have

other basic step and hi/lo workouts I can use.I'm also starting to get the " guilities " again about S90! I am just not excited about doing an S90 rotation, I was much more jazzed about doing a Gilad rotation, so now I'm back to thinking I should just return S90 to Bed & Bath and save my $15! I know I could do Gilad now and " save " S90 for later, but I find that when I save workouts for " later " they don't get done. I remember I had to have Barry's Bootcamp, I found it at Ross last November, and it still sits in the box.........unopened......so I fear that would be the fate of S90 if I didn't " just do " the rotation immediately.

Ah - the confused complex life of a vidiot!! Hope everyone has a good Monday!Donnap.s. Tomorrow it is back to Firm Express Cardio & Sculpt from Cylce 4. Not sure what my add on

will be, I'm on a faux kettlebell kick, but I don't want to over do that stuff - so I may throw in some 10 Min Solution segments instead.

Oh no, I think I might have infected you (with the do I really want to jump on this bandwagon thinking)!!! First, Ford -- that was my concern. I looked at the videos online and decided as much as I want more step options, I didn't want to spend even $9.95 to get one, maybe 2 workouts I could use (you know me on even semi complex choreography). On S90... that's a very tough one. Maybe you could pull out the workouts and try each one of them, without committing to a rotation? Just so you know what they're like for sure and also, it might help you decide if you want to actually do a rotation with them soon. You wouldn't be able to return them if you don't like them but you could easily get rid of them in a trade or for sale somewhere if you do them sooner instead of later (before the hype over them dies down). Or, maybe you could even do them AND Gilad as a rotation together?? I'm thinking, but not sure, that you might end up regretting not even trying them if you return them since you do have them right now?

And on Monday blech... I am so with you.

Good luck with all this and let us know what you end up doing!

Hi ,

Don't worry about infecting me! :) I am actually feeling good about making thoughtful decisions - if that makes any sense? There are so many workouts I have that I picked up just b/c they were there - if that makes sense. I have too much, I want to simplify! I may do as you suggested and do the first week of the rotation to see how it feels and if I don't like them, I'm sure I can find a home for them. I keep thinking I didn't love P90X b/c I don't like body part splits. So why would I like this? Although I may and it isn't like I spent $115 on them! I just am trying to keep a better eye on money - everything is going up except for my salary!Take care -

Donna
