In fact, If I remember correctly, it was the first day that Dr. K did a surgery in the OTHER room at the same time mine was done by Dr. Z. They dont always do them together anymore. Dr. Z is doing great on his own now. Anne in Santee

Great for the patients./ ================================ Jim....for the most part the surgeries are set up like you described. Anne was just saying that it isn't ALWAYS the case...as in her case. If the Doctors have to squeeze in extra surgeries or one of them is off work for some reason...they can split up and other Doctors assist them...such as Dr. ....but don't let this panic anyone...that was how it was done in the " OLD " days before Dr. Z became part of the team....Dr. Shields or Dr. assisted Dr. K. back then so they have lots of experience and were excellent surgeons long before Dr. K came to town. Jo Who had surgery before the Bariatric wing before the blue smurf water before Dr. Z Before Dr. K did 100 surgeries Us oldies had it tough...and we had to walk hospital loop...uphill..both ways
