Noel would be proud of me today, as I put and I through a head to toe strength workout using only machines except for triceps and abs, as there weren't machines for those.  I am shaking.  I didn't take a notebook with me to jot down what we did and what I used, but if memory serves correctly, I did, three sets of ten each:

leg press: 120 lbshamstring curl, lying prone:  50 lbsleg extension: can't remember, I think 50 or 60? shoulders: 30, then 20, 20chest:  I can't remember - 50? 60? biceps: 30,30,20

lower back extension - NEAT machine I'd never used before, you actually sit *back* for the exertion - 50 lbstriceps extension:  I used a heavy kettlebell but it was in kilograms, I think around 30 lbs?hovers/held plank: 1 minute, 45 sec's, 30 sec's

I felt the pump afterward and am grateful did this with me, as I would have been bored out of my mind doing this on my own.  Tomorrow's Sweat Shop workout will be mindless cardio and stretching, as Saturday I actually have a date with a runner and we are running 5 miles outside together!!  Woo-hoo!
