Guest guest
Hi Jane, Do you have any systemic enzymes laying around such as wobenzym? That always helps reduce my inflammation and might take the edge off your pain. I thought Matt Wood suggested Teasel root for beating lyme, not just easing symptoms, which would make it antibacterial. I don't remember for sure anymore though. Hope you feel better soon. I had thought, initially, that my use of Teasel Root Extract for arthritis and muscle pain was working to alleviate those symptoms. I did notice an improvement on day 5 of the protocol. I attributed it to the Teasel, but I now think it was probably just that the herx from my last coil treatment was subsiding. > > I have since started to experience what I believe to be herxing from the Teasel. I've got more pain than ever, now. I don't know what to do at this point. I cannot coil with this level of pain. I may have to stop the Teasel protocol, I don't know. Teasel Root, according to Wood and Buhner, is indicated for my symptoms. Perhaps I'll stay with the Teasel for now, while I take the Burbur, and see what happens. I will take them at different times of the day, and hope they are compatible. If they aren't, well - I'm in for it, I guess. I'm hoping the Burbur will act on my inflammation, reducing pain. > > - Jane > >

Guest guest
Hi Ellen, Yes, I remember that Lady Barbara didn't take the full dose, recommended by Wood. She stopped when she felt her body didn't want any more. Tomorrow I will be at the full recommended dose of 3 drops 3 X a day. I'm not sure if I will continue, or cut back the dose to 2 drops, 3 X a day. I started having more pain when I got to the 3 drops, so I might cut back. - Jane Subject: Re: OT: Teasel Root Update - day 8To: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 12:48 PM Jane, How much were you up to? Guest guest
Hi Jane, even though the bottle of Burbur says to take ten drops in water. When I have a big herx from the coil. My pendulum has had me take up to 100 drops in a large glass of water. I usually add some powdered vitamin C about 4-5 grams to help move the stuff out of the liver. Anyway the Burbur will almost knock the herx right out. Luckily, I really can't taste it. I have a friend in another group who grows teasel and makes tinctures. She says that teasel will kill Lyme and she takes it every day. I guess the real question is will it encyst the lyme? > > > > > OK, I thought that I needed to post this update, as I raised this subject previously, and it would be irresponsible of me not to correct old info. Guest guest
Hi Jane, The best way to get started with your pendulum is to use it for dosing info. When you get your Burbur, get a baseline which way is yes and which way is no. Also check and make sure your polarity is okay. You do this by holding your hand face down on the top of your crown chacra and ask is my polarity this way. If the pendulum spins to yes when your hand is face down, then your polarity is good. If it spins no then your polarity is reversed and you will get all kinds of weird answers. You will need to open and balance your chakras before testing the Burbur. Once you know your polarity is good, pendulum the bottle and ask is this in the highest and best interest of my body. If it says yes ask how many drops do I need. It will spin toward yes for each drop as you count. When it spins to no, then you know that you need to back down by one number. for example count 1-2-3-4- and on 5 it spins to no, then you need 4 drops. Two days after rifing, it gives me the high number like 100. After 4 or 5 days away from rifing it may tell me that I don't need any burbur. If you need any help getting started, you can call me just email me off list and I'll give you my number. Dosing is one of the easiest things to do with the pendulum as there is no ambiguity, you either need the dosage or you don't. Penduluming the Burbur bottle will also clue you in on whether you are experiencing a herx or if your symptoms are due to a lyme flare up. If it is a lyme flare up, your body will not be asking for burbur. > > > > Subject: Re: OT: Teasel Root Update - day 8 > To: Lyme_and_Rife > Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 3:25 PM > > > Hi Jane, > > even though the bottle of Burbur says to take ten drops in water. Guest guest
Hello Jane, My natropath does muscle testing and to be quite honest, it seemed kinda spooky to me. Do you know how it really works? I understand it is the same principle as with the pendulum. I know the supplements that my son and I test positive for really have helped us. So I believe it does work, just wondering how. Also, I hear from a lot of you guys that you should not be taking antibiotic-type supplements because of encysting the lyme. But what if you test for it? Which my son does. He has been doing so well, I really would hate to take him off of these supplements. But do you think he could test positive for them just because the body knows cysts will be likely to burst if discontinued. In other words is there ever a time you could test positive for something when it may not be in your best interest long term? I'm a little confused about this and would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks a bunch and God bless ~ Malinda > > > > > > From: sueblanton <sueblanton@> > > Subject: Re: OT: Teasel Root Update - day 8 > > To: Lyme_and_Rife > > Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 3:25 PM > > > > > > Hi Jane, > > > > even though the bottle of Burbur says to take ten drops in water. Guest guest
Sorry, Jane. You are right I meant it for B. My son is the one w/ lyme so I can't even blame it on lyme-brain. Although if you or anyone else has any thoughts I would love to hear them. ~Malinda > > > > > > > > > From: sueblanton <sueblanton@> > > > Subject: Re: OT: Teasel Root Update - day 8 > > > To: Lyme_and_Rife > > > Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 3:25 PM > > > > > > > > > Hi Jane, > > > > > > even though the bottle of Burbur says to take ten drops in water. Guest guest
Hi Malinda, There really is nothing spooky about muscle testing. You have a conscious mind and an unconcious mind. All of the cells in your body harbor information in them. You can ask your body what is in it's own best interest through muscle testing and it may even conflict with what your mind thinks is in your best interest. For example, I might want to take a particular herb because I know that it is helpful as a liver detoxer, your body however may have a different priority if that makes sense. People who muscle test or pendulum their supplements are getting information directly from their body as to what is the best way to heal and I think are often more successful using this approach then by just guessing on what they should take and how many. I remember once during an allergy elimination session with my practitioner she said to me that if you listen to the mind it may say clear me of my sugar allergy so I can go back to eating chocolate cake and the body is saying clear me of my magnesium allergy so that I can absorb it and be healthy. The mind is often in conflict with the body so it is important to stay very neutral and not have a vested interest in the outcome when muscle testing or dowsing. > > > > > > > > > > > > From: sueblanton <sueblanton@> > > > > Subject: Re: OT: Teasel Root Update - day 8 > > > > To: Lyme_and_Rife > > > > Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 3:25 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Jane, > > > > > > > > even though the bottle of Burbur says to take ten drops in water.
