Guest guest
I decided to try the 2nd step kickboxing workout on this disc and I've decided, as curious as I am about the other 2 workouts (kickboxing on the floor), I'm not going to do them. The camera work on this is so freaking frustrating that I did quit once, put in another workout I really did not want to do and finally put it back in and finished it. These could be such great workouts, if I could only see what they were doing!!! I complained (loudly) about the camera work when I reviewed the first workout on this DVD so I won't repeat it. I will say 's cueing in this one is not very good either. She doesn't cue at all a lot and talks about other things when she's making a transition. When she cues, she's right on target but there was too much not cued for me. She even talks a lot about how important stretching is but the stretch was super quick AND they cut out after doing just one leg of a hamstring stretch sequence (the camera left them and faded to the credits)! When I was able to follow along, my heart rate was up and it was fun but that was too few and far between. What a waste of a good workout for someone to get fancy with a camera. I've been working on virgins the last couple of weeks, will add this to the trade pile and might continue on with this (working through virgins) next week too. I'm doing okay without a real plan but I am starting to feel a little rotation withdrawal too so I might work on one, possibly trying to use mostly virgins. We'll see though. I just know the last 2 workouts on this disc won't be part of any plan for me. Darn.

Guest guest
Oh wow, I forgot all about the Caribbean Workouts. I remember liking the guy lead before they put any of their workouts on DVD. I bought, tried and sold a few of the workouts.Vennitta I decided to try the 2nd step kickboxing workout on this disc and I've decided, as curious as I am about the other 2 workouts (kickboxing on the floor), I'm not going to do them.
