Today I did Cathe's basic step again. I think I did the knees around the world right today. I used one riser on each side. It is becoming more fun now that I am getting the routine down. After this I did Cathe's 10 min. stability ball ab workout. Have a great day everyone.

OMG, I am at work now and just read that message again. I totally messed it up, twice. I meant to say that today I did the advanced portion and the killer abs section of the Madeline Dolente, Strong Lean & Defined workout. I had previously done the intermediate workout. The abs section was very good, but I have a lot of abs workouts. I didn't care for the workout but I am starting to feel it in my butt and legs and shoulders now. Hmmm, maybe I should rethink getting rid of it. I will have to ponder it.

LOL, not a problem. I think it might be this one where there is an intense killer ab section? I think it's her's.. I have one that I keep and do just for the short intense ab work.D

I had done the intermediate section before. I have decided that I don't really like this workout and am going to put it on the swap or on swapadvd or something. I have way too many workouts and really no need for ones I don't like that much. I am off to shower now, have a great day everyone. in CA

Hmmmmm... maybe I'll need to rethink Gilad. Intermediate/advanced intensity without complex choreography is right up my alley... Thanks for posting this!

's Wednesday workout

Today I did Gilad Step Aerobics. At first when I was reading the box I noticed that it said intermediate advanced and though, gosh how hard can it be, it's Gilad. I loved this workout. It was 60 minutes altogether including the warm up, step portion, abs section and cool down. I loved it because it wasn't complex coreography, but it was nice basic hard work, for me anyways, that's probably why they rated it that way. I always think when it says advanced that it is going to be complex coreography. I got a nice sweat going on with this, I used 2 risers under each side. Since it was a longer workout I am now behind schedule and have to run, have a great day all. in CA
