i won't name names (although i would love to) about some at VF complaining about S90 having pushups or variations of in cardio and core workouts. its like DUH!!!! if you are going to argue with what i am learning in a science program at least back it up. well this proves me right LOL. push ups not just for chest anymore!!!KASSIAwife,mother,student,kettlebellehttp://ldysolana.blogspot.comSubject: Very good

Push-ups are definately a total body exercise and do also get your HR up that is why they are so tough!!! :)I have to read the article now, that is just my unsolicited comment based on experience! :)Donna
