Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Joanne and I live in Kaufman,

Texas... just East of Dallas.

A friend of mine gave me a big piece of Kombucha a few years back.

It's been growing ever since! For the longest time I just fed it

lots of sugar, tea and water. If anyone in the area needs any, I

have some.

I've been rather lazy in making mine. I just keep adding water, tea

and sugar to the mix as I go along. I don't brew... just add cool

water. Most of the time I'll just drop a few tea backs in the jar

and pour in alot of sugar (I know this sounds lazy!) Kinda like

feeding it whenever I think it needs fed.

The underneath is rather dark. Is this ok?
