It has two problems for our kids; the capsules if they can't be swallowed taste bad so must be disguised if opened, and they must be given on an empty stomach. Guest guest Posted July 2, 2004 Report Share Posted July 2, 2004 We also use Moducare, and my son hasn't had so much as a sniffle for the past year! He doesn't seem to mind the taste mixed in a little orange juice. We give him a capsule when he first wakes up and again at bedtime (on an empty stomach)- he weighs just over 50 lbs.
