Guest guest Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 Hi, Today was my "mindless" cardio day - I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, I did a hill program that I cut out of Shape Magazine - according to my TM, which I know is not accurate, I burned 407 calories, my guess is, given my weight and size, I probalby only burned at best 250-300, but, I'll take it. Breakfast is just about gone for the day with that! After the treadmill I did 20 min on the bike. Usually, I bike first and then move to the TM - this time, I reversed it - my legs were toast for biking! When I do it the other way - bike to TM - my legs aren't too tired for the TM, but they were almost too tired to bike today. Finished it all up with a recorded Classical Stretch episode from Season 5 that I recorded from PBS. What I like about mindless cardio day is I'm dripping sweat when I'm done - more so than when I do DVDs, guessing b/c it is so mindless I can put more effort in?Hope everyone has a good day - glad it is Thursday!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
