Hi everyone,

I am a new member of the group, and this is the first time I am

writing. I have been brewing Kombucha for four years now and have

experimented with the adding various herbs to enhance its medicinal

value, the most interesting was addition of ginger powder during

bottling. Add a tablespoon of ginger powder to each bottle before

pouring the Kombucha . Allow to mellow for at least a week; chill

thoroughly before opening the bottle otherwise it would spill all over

the place and....voilĂ  you have frothy ginger ale. Enjoy a new healthy

warming KT
