Guest guest
I really enjoyed my first Supreme 90 Day workout! Tom Holland is soooooooooo much more agreeable an instructor to me than Tony Horton, and the workout was SOLID! I am looking forward to Ultimate Ball tomorrow. One of the background exercisers, Sally, is ripped. WOW. extended warmup after the one that is the same every time:15 bicycles12 " human x " on each side12 " twists " in a plank each siderepeat one more time15 arm circles each way circuit 1 (always doing 8-12 reps as time allows)pushupsdumbell bent over rows - 15'srepeat two more timescircuit 2chest presses - 15'ssingle arm overhead pullover - 12's - need to go down next time repeat two more times circuit 3decline pushups on a stability ballprone presses on the ball - 8's - need to go down next timerepeat 2 more timescircuit 4 uppercuts with dumbells across chest - 12'sdeadlifts - 20's - need to go up next timerepeat 2 more times circuit 5chest flys on the ball - 15'supper back extension on the ball with bodyweightrepeat 2 more timescircuit 6dumbell pushup, row left, row right - 12'srepeat one more time The warmup and cooldown are generic and used for all workouts in the series. I did additional core work with Star Trainers' Abs, Kendall Hogan's segment. It was just okay.. Of the 4 of 5 I've done I still like Rob Glick's section the best. Here's to a new week of workouts!
