I all but quit drinking soda of any kind. I also drink filtered water. Do you know of any negative side effects of drinking this much KT per day? I have had plenty of good side effects such as increased energy and strength, decreased appetite, and even a dramatic improvement of a 12 year old (very painful) back injury! Secondly... which starter is best, " starter pot " liquid, or the top liquid from freshly fermented brew? If you continue to use starter from the top of the previous batch, will this sooner or later cause your brew to be too strong with bacteria, and too weak with yeast?
