I did Lean today. I woke up late and decided to work at home so started workout and then got 3 calls so had to keep pausing. Didn't up weights too much and then when done walked dogs for about 30 min..Jen - I am still doing all the plank and push ups on knees but I do feel my core getting stronger. I hope to do a mix month of CLX after S90 later this summer and hope to be on knees by then. Right now my behind is too big for me to hold up with my weak abs and shoulders. :)another call.judy

If I stay on schedule I will start RevAbs on March 28 which is a Monday.We'll see. I've only been doing the strength workouts...I need to start walking on the alternate days...been busy with work and driving all over so I don't have much motivation for it.Oh well, maybe tomorrow I will be in the mood, Jen

I understand about work.... man, it's been busy for me as well. I haven't done Lean 3 yet this week. I hope to today after work.

Teena, how far behind are you, 2 weeks? I wouldn't worry about finishing them. Do you want to do Rev Abs with me? I think was planning to do it. From now on I think I just want to do a rotation for no longer than 4 weeks.

I really don't feel like doing anything today. I'm worn out from driving all over the last two days and actually Tuesday was the only slow day this week. I'm suppose to do a CLX ab workout today and I've been wanting to start walking again. I keep thinking about the meeting with our tax person on April 2nd so maybe I should take care of that first. It sucks to be a private contractor sometimes because I have to account for all of my mileage separately. I'm going to see if I can deduct part of my phone bill too.
