Guest guest Posted February 24, 2011 Report Share Posted February 24, 2011 I did the step portion of Step Pump this morning. This is a pretty fun workout, but kind of repetitive. I wish it had better music in it, but overall, I do like it. I checked my HRM at the end of this (30 minutes), and I had burned 304 calories. I continued with 's Kettlebell Kombo Abs. I liked it quite a bit. I used my 18lb bell for everything. In the end, I burned 456 calories with my average at 124.
