After all, if you look at the list, of how most cheese is made you can see that it is bleached, and dehumanized and not natural. I can find nothing wrong with RAW cheeses. The cheese most Americans eat can only be classified as Junk Food. Anne VA USA
Guest guest
I wouldn't be surprised if most of the misinformation came from the misinformation station listed as a reference at the bottom. Tony R. Who loves the 3/4 lbs. of RAW chedder he devours weekly available to him from a local organic grass-fed farm in MN where RAW dairy sales are legal from the farm. My own opinion is that has found a means of making a living by having a following. Last I knew had not been able to convince his own family to be against milk. He also is dreadfully afraid of raw milk and so has never taken the trouble to see if the claims he makes against milk are possibly as a result of processing. Having said that, I think he has done about as much as anyone to reveal problems with genetically modified bovine growth hormone. He has also shown the revolving door at FDA in the GMO approval process. He is taken less seriously as time goes on with his anti-milk stance. He is a good example of the fact that all kinds of people can be wrong.
