Guest guest
Hi everyone. I haven't posted for a while. After a year of monitoring, my doc says that I'm " borderline decompensated " . I have mild encephalothopy but no ascites, jaundice or varicies. Anyway, he convinced me that it was worth a try to go for the Hepc treatment again. The first time I did it the encephalothopy got a lot worse and I started trembling all over. I was only on it for 6 weeks. I'm a lot healthier now than I was then and I have a good hepatologist, so, last Tuesday I took the first of 48 shots of Interferon and my daily dose of 6 pills of Ribaverin. So far so good. No injection site swelling or bruising, no nausea, no nothing. I feel great. Anybody have a success story they can share with me? thanks.
