What a great day, I took off from work today and Monday so I will have a 4 day weekend. I slept in and it was awesome. Today I did MB 45 essentials warm up and the beginners workout 2. I used the 25 lb bell for the swings and deadlifts. I used a 15 lb bell for the halos, 1/2 get ups and shoulder presses and the cleans and presses. Then I did Tamilee's stretching for beginners standing stretch portion. I ordered way too much from Cathe's great sale, so much for that no buy challenge, I didn't even make it a month. I so suck at no buy challenges, I am not going to say that ever again because I know I just can't do it.
