worn teeth safe protection?

My son had 4 teeth removed 2 years ago (first and second low molars ) due to bad

advice. Since then his other teeth got very worn as he has not only bite but

also chew using them. The dentin is exposed in his lower incisors and they get

sore if he eats acidic fruit (which is the only fruit he can eat really- SCD low

sugar diet). I wonder if there is anything safe I could do with them before they

fall out ?
