Yes we are casein free and dye free almost 100% of the time. I didn't

read a book, but found some websites. There is a book called Natural

Medicine Guide for Autism (I think that's the title) that does go into

the GF/CF diets.

For us, we targeted casein since Zach was drinking so much dairy-about

30-40 oz a day as a nearly 4 year old, and a friend tried it with much

success with her son.

We figured, couldn't hurt and it may help.

it definitely helps!

The website that I thought was helpful was

http://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org

and the book is

http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Medicine-Autism-Healthy-Guides/dp/1571742883

But the book is about more than just Gf/CF.

Fiengold Diet may also be useful, but I do think that is targeted

mostly to ADHD.
