I did Intensity on Friday. (Cathe Friedrich) 58 mins....... I did 50 mins and skipped the cool down to do a 13 minute bootcamp segment.

Also did 40 mins on exercise bike and an hour walking.

wow linda, i wish i could get so much time to workout every day!

I cant do it every day but I am pretty obsessed. I get up at 5.30am to make sure I get my morning hour of cardio/weights and sometimes get to do 40 mins on the bike lunchtime and then I work an hour walk into getting my boy from school in the arvo's. ( I go the long.... long ...way. It gets the dog exercised as well)

Thats if the going is good......
