I get up at 5.30am to make sure I get my morning hour of cardio/weights and sometimes get to do 40 mins on the bike lunchtime and then I work an hour walk into getting my boy from school in the arvo's. ( I go the long.... long ...way. It gets the dog exercised as well) Thats if the going is good......
