Guest guest
Another splendid Supreme 90 workout today  I did the Legs workout. While there was a bit of dread factor with it going into it blindly, I was very pleased with it. It wasn't as hard as I expected, but that was probably due to the fact that I used much less lighter dumbbells than I would for a normal leg workout. I think that helped a lot. Not easy, by any means. But do-able! I enjoyed it. Afterwards, I did the Hip Opener segment o Core Fusion. I love this one. Some great hard work the first 6 minutes, then a great stretch. In the end, I burned 425 calories with my average at 122. Oh, and again I paused S90 a few times.. making it an addition 2 minutes longer or so for about a 35 minute workout. Crunch on stability ball 15Scissor kick crunch 15Seated twist 15RepeatPrisoner squats 25Triple heater: glute raise with feet on s.b., roll ins with feet on s.b., glute raise with feet on side of ball Db lunge forward/back 12 per side, 8dbsSumo squat, come up on toes 15 to 20, 8dbDb straight leg deadlift 12, 8dbsSide lunge 12 per side, 8dbsSplit lunge on s.b. 12 per side, 8dbsForward lunge with a reach 12 per side, 8dbs Db squat 12, 8dbs, 2nd time 13dbsRepeatTriple heater
Guest guest
Ooooo thanks for the exercise list, Darcy! I'm definitely fearful of all the virgin S90D workouts in my queue, even the cardio one! Guest guest
Aww, thank you tons ! I love that you're doing these at the same time as me! Even though, I will probably be skipping most of the cardio for now.... And, for the record, some awesome person on VF posted the exercises. I just copy and pasted!D  Ooooo thanks for the exercise list, Darcy! I'm definitely fearful of all the virgin S90D workouts in my queue, even the cardio one! After Tabata Inferno, I know he means business! Excellent work, as usual, Iron Woman!!
Guest guest
Nothing wrong with cut and paste and while you're skipping the cardio it's going to take me longer than 90 days to get through this because I have race training throughout this rotation.I was going to run today and still might but my lower body is sore from the heavy squats from Friday's Body Pump, and I can easily run 3 miles during lunch tomorrow at work. My first race is next Sunday, The Shamrock Run 8K. I'm excited and nervous - I want Fussy Hip and Wonky Knee to be okay! I feel guilty taking 2 rest days in a row but I know with my mind that my body is probably appreciating it and I'm also trying to get over this 4 week crud (just getting done with week 2 of it, still coughing up gook but I am getting better, slowly). Tomorrow I'd like to do the shoulders and arms S90D workout along with a Blissology Upper Body Practice. Aww, thank you tons ! I love that you're doing these at the same time as me!
