Hi Lyla,

I work with our local breastfeeding coalition on our bi-annual CE

conference. We've found over the years that attendance is best if one day

is a weekday and one a weekend day. Employers are willing to pay the full

fee and have the employee miss one day of work, but not two. Attendance is

good - and about equal both days. We have ours on a Fri/Sat., having been

told that Mon/Tues was a bad combination of days for most units to be

without an employee. It's working for us, but the employers in your area

may have different needs.
