Guest guest
I’m going to look for this one – I do so need some good stretching dvds. Speaking of stretching, the Bob book of the same title has been updated and re-issued. Apparently it’s in colour now, to more fully show the areas being stretched. I’ve owned a copy for decades, and it’s been on every physio/chiro shelf I’ve ever visited. The library here has the new edition, and I have it on hold. If only it came on dvd... although my only complaint with the library system in Sask is that you can only request dvds from the surrounding library branches, and the larger centres (and further away, of course) seem to have more fitness videos –sigh. Even the Jari Love series, so they have some good ones. It’s teasing me to show me exercise dvds in the catalogue that I can’t put a hold on! :- ) Carolyn, you had a great week. From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ] On Behalf Of Festival City Concrete Ltd / & Carolyn Visserkaren voight has put out a new stretch dvd... yay! she really is good at putting these together and i think that this is her best one yet.'full body stretch' is 42 minutes long and i highly recommend it. karen has put some new and different athletic stretches in this one (i liked the crescent done in side plank) and, really, i thought that the whole thing was fabulous. strap and yoga block briefly required.:*carolyn.
