Guest guest Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 Good morning all, Today I did Gin Power Abs Medicine Ball Workout. I used a 4 lb. ball, I probably could have used a 5, but I still got a kinda good workout in. This workout does intervals of med ball work and then a 45 second cardio segment where you can either march in place, jog, do jumping jacks or fast feet. I did some of jumping jacks and some of fast feet. My arms sure feel much longer now. Next time I will try it with a 5 lb. This workout is not very long, about 36 minutes maybe.
