Wed - Ignite Cardio & 3 Mile walk

Hi Everyone,

I feel less like a drop out today - for today's workou I warmed up w/ 1 mile of from her Power Walk DVD (3 miles - the one where Kay leads the 2nd mile) then, I did Ignite Cardio (good workout!! feeling better and stronger with it already) then finished up the Power Walk DVD. I only intended to do the 2nd mile (the one Kay leads) but I got into it and finished up. The 3rd mile was a slower pace so it made for a nice cool down.

I did some stretching on my own. Tomorrow is strength, planning to do O'Brien's latest which a friend loaned to me.Take care -
