Today I did workout 3 of the MB45 Essentials DVD, this is not what I had originally planned on doing but it was the only workout on this DVD that I had not done yet. I had planned on doing the 6 week program of this but I changed my mind. I am going to start something else tomorrow. I love this DVD a lot and it will remain one of my faves, but I can't do the same stuff for 6 weeks and I am anxious to try out some of my other new workouts. I have been eating like crazy the past few days and am afraid to get weighed on Tuesday. I have to find some way to bring it back under control again. I don't know what workout I will do tomorrow, I will decide tonite after work. Work is going to be crazy busy today as I will be the only one where we usually have three people and I have 4 meetings to do. I may need a nice relaxing stretch tonite. I am also worried about my Mom and sister as they live on the Oregon coast and they are having tsunami warnings. At least I know my sister is well trained for that, she is the one who trains the sheriffs dept. on tsunami emergencies. Have a great day all.
