yeast and bacteria problems

hi , i am looking at biomed again with ds after a break of 1 year so nothing in except probio's we have severe yeast and bacterial issues at the moment, i am thinking of using either mms or silva solution for a few days to get issues back under control we have used both in the past at seperate times does anyone have any advice on whether one is better than the other for very sereve issues
