Guest guest
Hay all. the cone worked!! I put some old scorby and some cider vinegar and a few drops of dish soap just to cover all the bases inside a tall jar with a narrow neck. I took my computer paper and made a cone with a tiny little hole on the bottom, and I shoved the whole thing into the bottle real tight. First day nothing happend and I was a bit dissapointed when I got up in the morning and there was no floaters or prisioners. BUT today, the party is ON. Top of the cone is loaded with travelers trying to figure out how to get into the jar. AND there are floaters, and lots of flying prisoners who will never figure out how to get back out. THIS is great. NOW I wish the top of the cone on the outside had sticky stuff on it cause those buggers wouldn't be just sitting there. BUT I have hopes there determination to get to the scorby inside is greater than sitting on the nice white paper cone. THANKS all for the great advice..Maybe I should throw a tomato in with it all. THE really like tomatoes too. Well, it is a great use for old or to many scorbys..I never though I would get to the day when I have to many, but I think I do. When the jars you used to use to MAKE K tea is now occupied by all the babies you don't need, you have to many..LOL. I dried one or 2 and offered it to my dogs? I could have put down a bowl of oatmeal for all the interest they had in it. My daughter plans to have a goat farm for some reason, maybe I will save them all for her goats.. LOL. Till later all. My husband has severe candida overgrowth that he has been battling and holistically treating for years. SO we were wondering how much sugar is actually in the tea after it has fermented for around 7 days? Can anyone answer this? --------------------------------- Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo!
