Guest guest
How do you make yogurt ----- an electric yogurt maker or in a cooler with warm water, in your oven with a light bulb, etc. etc.? One large batch or in individual jars. What's the easiest and most efficient way to do it? Eau naturel or with an appliance? Also, we like thick yogurt. The thicker the better...I read recently that incubating longer doesn't really make it thicker I need to add pwodered milk and/or ???something else instead??? Any thoughts on this? Does anyone one know of a good milk powder - all i can find is the powdered sludge at the stores? I figure it would be prudent to not waste raw milk trying this myself and being dissapointed, but learn from the pros! ) TIA ~wren <>< *This is what the Lord says: "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight. 9:23-
