Urgent - KiB500 query on mixture - FOR LUCINDA or others using KiB

Hoping that you might see this, I've also emailed you separately. I

have an urgent query about the KiB mixture, can you help please????

If anyone else is able to help I'd appreciate it. I've mixed some

KiB500 just now and instead of the mixture settling to a green/brown

coloured deposit as with previous times I've used it, this one is hardly

settling and the water remains cloudy grey with a slight grey sediment

at the bottom. It also seems to have a slight odour which I don't think

I noticed previously. Has anyone experienced this? I'm not sure if I

should give it to ds.
