I was dragging butt this morning..was wishing I had some of that energy that I had yesterday morning.  AND I forgot I just did the step poration of this workout on 12/22.  So, I didn't have too much fun with it.  It gets kinda boring to me... maybe cuz I jsut did it?  I don't know.  Either way, it is now concreted that I'm doing that cardio next week.  I did enjoy the shoulder work...and the calf work.  I HATED the backward bicycle at the beginning of the ab section.  Those kill my hip flexors, feel like it does nothing for my core.. Otherwise, I liked the ab workout just fine.  I am excited to do these strength workouts for awhile.  Just hope it's enough.  Doesn't seem as hard as it should be!  Honestl, I'm not sure I have ever done the strength workouts off this series before (gulp)!!  Anyway, after the step workout I had torched 323 workouts.  After the whole she-bang, I burned 543 with my average at 121.

I still am not sure when I will do the other two workouts.. I'm driving myself crazy trying to find the perfect days for em (Friday and Sunday..Saturday and Sunday..Friday and Saturday?)  Need to also decide what I'm doing on those other two days.  Am kinda thinking a high rep light workout perhaps...
