Guest guest
Some days are just better than others, Indyrose. I know when I have gi upset, it totally drains me. And it adversely affects my mood, to boot. I usually do what you did – try, but if it doesn’t work then you have to be gentle on yourself. Tomorrow’s another day. in bitterly cold Sask (-23C, windchill of -32C; -10F, windchill -26F) From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ] On Behalf Of Indyrose It was the first time in months that I had to force myself to get started. I'd had some " gastro-intestinal upset " during the day which had just sapped my energy. I thought a light workout would " perk me up " but it did just the opposite. I didn't even finish a mile. I don't know what the lesson here is...Bleah... a good day wasted.Indyrose... dragging herself through the snow today...
