Guest guest
I got a nice workout this morning with the step portion of Step Inspirations. I enjoyed it. I liked the choreography quite a bit - it would really be a blast if it had better music. She also TIFT a lot, but I didn't mind because it was concreting it in for me better. If I were to do this one a lot though... that would get old! Anyway, I stopped at the 30-minute mark (was planned), so I could also get some strength training in. It's driving me crazy that haven't been able to do much. I have a bit of shoulder pain and don't want to aggravate it more. It's not bad. But, I know it wouldn't be wise to push it. So I decided to do some back and biceps w/ Pure Strength. My shoulder didn't get aggravated whatsoever doing these muscle groups. I got some great burns and worked hard. I burned 563 calories with my average at 128. It was a 60-minute workout. Oh, and for what it's worth, I had burned 315 calories after the cardio portion.D
