Dear All,

has anyone else got to the point where their kids tick so many boxes for

reasons to do all the different diets that you feel you actually arent feeding

your child enough?? I feel I have reached diet deadlock!!! We are SCD but

without nuts as couldn't cope with them due to oxylate issues, we are

LOD, and now realising his diet is loaded with Sulfur foods. Not great for a

child that has had a spell on Chlorella and mercury toxic!!!!! Have basically

got to the point where he eats the same thing every day from a very limited menu

imposed by myself (he loves food and wouldeat everything given to him) If I now

remove the sulfur foods I would have to change tack and introduce grains as he

would be left with nothing. searches for food all day, whilst I dont want

to give him foods that harm him we arent clear which those are despite food

diarys etc I can't say I have seen improvement from diet restrictions just GFCF

soya, corn and sugar being removed gave some improvement.

Am wanting to start Andy Cutler protocol after going to the one day last month

and am reminded of his words Diet cant solve/fix the problem its secondary and

difficult to maintain as the kids grow up. We now have problems with a younger

brother 10 months and hungry and I want to be fair to but also dont want

to over restrict my babys diet.

Guess what Im saying is I dont think its possible to do SCD (no dairy)/LOD

Sulfur free am I right?

PS Mandy whats the test you used to find out the gene expression(not sure if

thats correct?) for sulfur intolerance that you mentioned yesterday.
