Oh, me neither!  That would be waaaaaay too much impact for these joints, but one workout per week would be fun!  I still havent mustered up the courage to do my virgin insanity workouts, but maybe after running season?

I have INSANITY and haven;t been brave enough to try it... I've just done the Cardio Abs workout in it.... maybe one day I will try it! :)Teena

I'm so glad to hear about another workout series that I have very little interest in acquiring. I'm curious about it and wouldn't mind trying some of the Insanity workouts (or these new ones) but have no real desire to own either set or do a rotation of either. It is very rare for me to not have any interest in a BB workout set but this is one of them. Phew!
