Guest guest
Would somebody please explain to me how when a 'Standardized Test' is completed and the evaluator is unable to 'form a base' (no items correct) then where does she come up with the 'Standard Score' of '79' and a 'Percentile rank' of 8%? No base in Reading,Writing, or Math at age 3 vs No base in same areas at age 6. She obviously HAS made progress in 3 years but the testing is based on where she is at for same age peers, right? Trying so hard to understand this! Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaven. . . . . . . help me! )) My brain is going to explode trying to figure all this out all the while trying to keep up with Skilynn.
