Yesterday Supreme 90 Shoulders and Arms was

on the schedule. This circuit workout combines an exercise for each muscle group then the circuit is repeated 3x. It is a fast paced intense

workout; by the last round I was lightening up my weights. The exercises are straight forward and traditional, there is nothing creative or fancy here except the pace of the workout. You do 8-12 reps with the best form and heaviest weight you can do. Something I love about this workout is that all the exercisers are going at their own pace so you can follow along with somebody at your level.I followed this workout with a 10 minute kettlebell workout. I adjusted my

time from previous workouts doing 40 seconds on 20 seconds off; I was getting exhausted so I kept it one time through....SwingsAlt. SwingsCleans Rrepeat with Clean on Lbottoms up swingsSnatch R repeat with Snatch on L I finally finished up with 5 sets of pushups. This

morning I increased my run by 1/2 mile, doing 3 1/2 miles in 43 minutes. I am still not improving on time but very happy to improve distance. When I got home and showered, I did 30 minutes of stretching for total body. Continue with Supreme 90 tomorrow. Leg day and cardio; cardio was meant for today but it was the only time I could run.

I hope this ambitious morning goes well LMAO!
