I got up and did Push circuit 3. I really need 12 lb for some of these.. I tried 15 but really lost form too quickly. I think I may put my 1lb wrist weights (I use on my dogs :) and make it at least 11 next week.. Here is what I did doing all 8 reps overhead press 15lbsingle leg lunge 17.5 (love my pods for these and the tap one. really all one leg... )standing reverse fly 10lb.. should go uparnold press 10 - should go up single dead lift 15 (I finally got these!! I think the yoga balance is helping) to get more work I did 30s -- so total 60! on extreme!)bent over lat 10 -should go upfrontal should press 10 did 15 for extremessingle leg tab 15 - will got up to 17.5lat delt 10... this may be ok...at lunch I did

TS3 thru turbo.. I LOVE it... I need to learn this just for myself.back to workjudy
