Thursday - TM/Stretch

Hi Everyone!Today was the Treadmill - I haven't done at TM walk in awhile. I mixed it up using hills and speed. In a bit over 45 minutes I covered 4 miles (or so) and burned (according to my TM) 680 calories. I know my real calorie burn is lower - I'm guessing 200-250 lower, but I'll take it. My eating has not been the best this week.After my TM time, I did PM Stretch w/ Madeleine , since we have been talking about these so much lately! I have had this one FOREVER on VHS and I can't remember the last time I did it - but I really enjoyed it today. I had to cut it a bit short b/c I was running out of time, but I did manage to hit all the lower body muscles that I fatigued during my run/walk/hill thingy on the TM this morning.Tomorrow is Accelerate:Sculpt and I'm thinking of doing more Pilates w/ Austin (who is growing on me...)Take care!Donna

I know the calories the machines say we burn isn't 100% accurate but it's something to go by, anyway.  If it says you burned 500 yesterday and you put in the same stats and you burn 600 today you can at least know you exerted more..
