this looks more like a power routine than a traditional total body workout(i was thinking it was all weight lifting stuff). thanks for posting now i know ahead of time what to expect and not book to many power moves on the same day. they certainly could have named it more specific then "total body"KASSIAwife,mother,student,kettlebellehttp://ldysolana.blogspot.com

Sounds interesting. I gotta try this one!

I went into my workout not sure what to expect.  This was a new S90 that I hadn't tried before.  I liked it, and I worked hard.  I did pause the DVD a lot and take my time.  It's kind of annoying how fast he flies through the exercises, but on the other hand, I suppose it makes the workout more versatile.  If you wanted a quick workout, you could scale your weights down and keep-up with him.  For me, I like to lift heavier, and so I need to take the pauses!  I turned a 33 minute workout into a 40 minute workout.  I burned 462 calories with my average at 132.

Push ups (12) (using step platform  - did some triceps push-ups too)Db swing through (25 kettlebell- 15 reps)Plyo push up (10)RepeatDb bent over row (15db)Db deadlift (15db)Squat jump (10)

Repeat 2XDb lunge (12dbs) (10 reps on last 2 sets)Db clean (16dbs - did some presses too) Jump lunge (plyo lunge-12)RepeatDb chest press (16dbs first set, then 20dbs, did 20 reps)Db clean to press (Did bicep curls instead...due to lack of biceps in workout - 38barbell - 12 reps)

Db squatBroad jumpRepeat 2X
