It was too easy so I will do faster intervals the next time I do this workout.I did CLX first then I walked.Here are the weights I used this time around:ChaLEAN Extreme - Burn Circuit 1 - 36:09 minutesHere are the weights I used:SUMO SQUAT WITH HIP LIFT - 15LUNGE WITH POSTERIOR FLY RIGHT ARM - 10I went up from 8 to 10 pounds LUNGE WITH POSTERIOR FLY LEFT ARM - 10I went up from 8 to 10 poundsPUSH-UP WITH LEG LIFT - N/A 4 on toes with lift 8 on knees. Optimum Nutrition Whey is great, I'd start with Double Rich Chocolate. 120 calories, 26g protein, 1g fat, 3 carbs per scoop.In the Push Phase you also fail by the 6-8th rep so DO heavy up!! Thanks ! I wasn't sure I was doing the posterior flies right since I upped the weights so I asked someone to watch me. She said I was doing it the same way as the people on the dvd I looked at the workouts for the Push Phase and they look good. I can't wait to start it next week! I know I have to lift heavier but I'm ready especially since they're not compound moves. Question - Do you drink whey protein to get enough in while you are lifting heavy? What kind is good and tastes good? How many calories?
