Guest guest Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 WOOHOOO!!!!!!! Congrats! Okay, I finally did it, it's my official weigh in today and I am back in the 140's. Today's weight is 148.6. On December 7th I had gotten down to 149 but then by Jan. 4th I was back up to 155 again. So now I am lower than my lowest weight had been again. It feels good. I just look at the long term trend, and don't worry about the short term fluctuations. I've lost about 20 lbs since last October, when I went from just treadmill walking to exercise videos.
