WOOHOOO!!!!!!! Congrats!

 

Okay,  I finally did it, it's my official weigh in today and I am back in the 140's.  Today's weight is 148.6.  On December 7th I had gotten down to 149 but then by Jan. 4th I was back up to 155 again.  So now I am lower than my lowest weight had been again.  It feels good.  Now I just have to keep it going.  Have a great day everyone.

DANG.  I think I need to come to your place, eat exactly what you eat for a week, and see what happens to me!  I'll lead the workouts.  Deal?:)  good job !

 

Today I am at 146.6 down exactly two pounds from last weeks weight of 148.6.  I am happy with that.  Have a great day everyone.

Okay. I finally got rid of the 4 mystery pounds again and am now back to what I weighed back on February 8th. Here are the results of today's weigh in.

1. 150.4 (Feb. 22) 2. 146.2 (March 1) 3. 4.2 pounds lost 4. 2.79% weight loss

Now I just have to figure out how to hold onto it and keep it off.

You continue  be my weight loss hero, !   I would so love to even be 150 but of course that means no pizza or wine :/  my eternal struggles.Excellent work!

My weight can fluctuate 3 lbs within a day, both up and down. I just look at the

long term trend, and don't worry about the short term fluctuations. I've lost

about 20 lbs since last October, when I went from just treadmill walking to

exercise videos.

Can't wait until I'm down as low as you ! Good going!!

Judy I think if you and I got together it would be dangerous :)  lots of working out with lots of partying.  It would be tons of fun!
