Guest guest Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 Feeling human again! Got an awesome workout in this morning with High Step Circuit. I upped the ante by using heavier weights. Sometimes 12's. It looked like Cathe and crew had 3's throughout? Not positive though. I used my bosu for all of the cardio segments and some of the strength. That also made it more difficult. Cardio-wise, it kicked my butt. Strength-wise, it touched on my muscles nicely, but nothing major (at all). In the end I burned 495 calories with my average at 133. I think this workout is really a perfect workout to do while pregnant. I might have to pull it out more often. I'm looking forward to a 'normal' day today w/ the boys going back to school. They have been home since Friday - eek! Have lots of catching up to do and then have to take Sawyer to the dentist after school (yuck).
