Hi Everyone!BUSY weekend, so I didn't get a chance to post. Saturday I did a recorded Classical Stretch episode as my "active recovery" day. Then, I ran around all day w/ DD between her classes and errands. I also helped DH put up a ceiling fan which was particularly stuborn! Sunday - I was tired, but I did O'Brien's Strong Body/Fit Body again. I wanted to do it one more time before I send it back to the generous VFer who I borrowed it from! I liked it better the second time around and I'm keeping it on my wishlist. A lot of the odd stuff said/did didn't bug me this time. I also upped the weights from 5's to 8's and felt that it was more challenging that way. I wouldn't go heavier than 10's probably b/c of the nature of the exercises and the way they are combined. I tend to think a big reason why I liked it better is I'm stronger overall than when I did it the first time. The Firm Express workouts

actually are helping me to build strength and stamina!Monday - I did my first Firm Express Turbocharge workout - it was cardio w/ -McLain. I enjoyed it, but felt it was easier than the Accelerate cardio workout. I think that may be by design, though. I added on 2 segments from 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Fat Burning - I added on "extreme intervals" and low impact cardio. Finally, added on a Classical Stretch that I recorded from TV. From Season 5.Whew!Tomorrow is some form of cardio and Pilates. Which reminds me, I saw (ironically on the "no/slow buying" thread on VF) that Annette Fletcher has a new one out - Save your Lower Back and Hips - it is on my radar. I watched a brief clip it looks good! But, also looks like a lot of the exercises I do already, so not an "urgent" buy.Anyway - Happy Valentine's Day!!!Donna
