Dear Elaine,

You mentioned STRESS in your recent e-mail.Have you tried the yoga

breathing exercise? involves taking a deep breath and holding it for a

count of 3-6. then releasing it for the same amount of time, repeat a couple

of times , until you feel better.

If you are mobile,it may help to go through all the muscles in your

body , tightening them up and then loosening them, this can help relax you.

If you havea video,a group which I BELONG to.suggests that a tape of

your favorite program or film may also help.

On the subject of steroids,I was always quite well when Iwas younger,

apart from the fwe times that I mentioned. There were no drugs for M.S.,

after MY SON was born , I breast-fed him for 3MONTHS. Idon't know whether

this helped stabilise the brief outburst, that occurred after he was

born, ortaking him out for walks, But my M.S.symptoms faded away, for many

years.apart from tiredness if I overdid it or the ocassional weak ankle

Dear Carol,

There are two editions of the 'Eat Right For Your Type Diet',one is in

hardback with this title, and the other is in Paperback, but called

'The Eat Right Diet', bothare by Dr. d'Adamo. published by Century

Books in most English-speaking countries. also at W.H.SMITH BOOKSELLERS and

at <amazon.co.uk>

tHE advantage of the Hsrdback copy is that it has an INDEX in which you

can look things up. but the info. seems the same in both.

more info is on ,<www.dadamo .com>

HOPE THAT THIS HELPS,

Elaine
