I understand with what you are saying...there really is not an easy answer, is

there? I am not at all suggesting putting our families at risk, just that we

should speak up when things seem wrong for ourselves and our patients, and not

simply do what we're told. (and I'm not at all suggesting that anyone is...).

I hope no one took offense at my note.
