Hi Ken,

I think KOstaufbau can also mean simply a reintroduction of

regular diet after a restricted diet or after fasting

Hi Ken,

" nutritional enhancement " is one possibility for your Kostaufbau. Increasing

dietary input, basically, although I don't find that expression whereas I do

find " reduced dietary input " .

Hi Marie,

Pupils are normally graded for size between 1-6. It's an interesting one but you

might consider " Pupils 3-4 (i.e. in the middle-range) and reactive to light (the

mnemonic in nursing circles is PERLA - pupils equal and reactive to light and

accomodation). It would be unusual to hear of them referred to as " average

sized " or similar. Don't know if that is a) telling you how to suck eggs or

of any use, but there it is anyway.
